Inside you'll find buttery croissants with three different fillings: cream cheese with spinach and cranberry, delicate salmon with avocado and rocket, and Italian ham with goat cheese and tomato. Alongside classic sandwiches with cream cheese, country ham, yellow cheese and fresh vegetables. On the sweeter side: chia yogurts with mango pulp and pancakes with jam. And to finish, fruit that delights the eye as much as the palate: grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrants, pitahaya and starfruit, decorated with edible flowers.
