When ordering our BOXes, you have the choice of personal collection or the option of delivery to a location of your choice. You customize the date and time of collection/delivery of your order by specifying them at the time of ordering.
Pickup in person
Pick up your order yourself at our head office at: Senatorska 2, 00-075 Warsaw (Workin Cafe, 1st Floor):
- Entrance A from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
- Entrance B between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM or at weekends.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made in Warsaw and its immediate neighboring towns and cities. We deliver from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
Delivery cost is calculated based on the distance from our location (city center):
📍 1-6 km – 26 PLN
📍 6-10 km – 29 PLN
📍 10-15 km – 42 PLN
📍 15-20 km – 60 PLN
📍 20-25 km – 80 PLN
📍 25-30 km – 100 PLN
If delivery is required beyond this range, please contact us, and we will check the possibility and provide a custom quote.
We deliver your orders on the day and time you specify. However, we reserve the right to deliver the BOXes approx. 30 minutes earlier or later - depending on the number of orders and road conditions which cannot be influenced even by the reliable couriers of Galop Smaku :)
BOXes are delivered in special thermal bags, so you don't have to worry about the quality or temperature of your meal.
You will receive a VAT invoice by e-mail.
And last but not least... No matter how many BOXes you order, you only pay for delivery once! Even if you're planning to order for an entire office building ;)
