When ordering our BOXes, you can choose personal pickup or delivery to your selected location.
You set the date and time of pickup or delivery according to your needs – just specify it when placing your order.
Personal Pickup
You can collect your order in person at our headquarters:
Senatorska 2, 00-075 Warsaw (Workin Cafe, 1st floor):
- Entrance A (next to the Rossmann store) – open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Entrance B (next to McDonald’s) – open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM or during weekends
Delivery
We deliver throughout Warsaw and nearby towns – quickly, reliably, and always with a smile 😊
Our BOXes are delivered daily between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Delivery cost depends on the order value:
📦 Orders up to 239 PLN – 49 PLN
📦 Orders from 240 PLN to 320 PLN – 39 PLN
📦 Orders over 320 PLN – 29 PLN
👉 For deliveries outside Warsaw, an additional fee applies depending on the location, for example:
• Ząbki +5 PLN
• Marki +10 PLN
• Łomianki +15 PLN
• Piaseczno +30 PLN
…and so on.
💡 The final delivery cost will be displayed in your cart after selecting your town.
If you can’t find your location in the list – contact us, and we’ll check delivery options and prepare an individual quote for you!
We deliver orders on the date and at the time you specify.
However, please note that deliveries may arrive approximately 30 minutes earlier or later, depending on the number of orders and road conditions beyond even our reliable couriers’ control.
Our BOXes are transported in special thermal bags, so you don’t have to worry about freshness or temperature.
A VAT invoice will be sent to your email.
And last but not least…
No matter how many BOXes you order – even if you’re planning catering for an entire office building 😉 – the delivery fee applies according to the conditions above.
