Placing orders

If you are interested in one of our BOXes and wish to place an order, you can do so in three different ways:

    • By phone and e-mail - Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
    • On Website, 24/7;

 

It’s enough to:

  1. Mark the BOX you are interested in;
  2. Select a convenient date and time of delivery;
  3. Select the order receipt method (in person/delivery) and provide the deliver;y address;
  4. Fill in the missing information such as your name, company name and other contact details required to process your order or issue a VAT invoice.

 

What do you need to remember when planning your order?

  1. We don’t work on Sundays and public holidays;
  2. Due to the high volume of orders, some lead times may not be available, so remember - don’t delay!
  3. There is a minimum lead time of 20 hours to place an order. We need time to properly stock and prepare your BOX - fresh ingredients and high quality are essential!
  4. You can always call us to enquire about the lead time you are interested in - we can be flexible;
  5. You can choose several delivery times for one order.
