1. Do the BOX prices shown on the website already include delivery costs?

No. The cost of delivery depends on the distance from the selected delivery location, and is therefore only added when you place your order - after you have completed your details.

 

2. What is the delivery charge for several BOXes?

For an order consisting of several BOXes, you will pay for the delivery once; there are no additional costs.

 

3. How do I place an order?

You can find the ways to place an order in the Placing orders Tab.

 

4. Can I order BOXes for several different dates?

Of course! What's more - you can do it in one go, in one order.

 

5. Can I only pay for my order COD or even later?

Due to the need to purchase the ingredients, prepare and deliver the BOXes on time, we charge for your order in advance, when you place your order.

 

6. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Sure you will. As soon as your order is placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and informing you that the order process has started.

 

7. I have placed an order - can I still change it?

If your order has not yet been submitted for delivery and is not on its way to you, you can change the address and delivery method as well as the delivery date of your order - depending, of course, on whether your chosen date is still available.

 

8. Can I pick up the order myself?

Of course. Check the Delivery Tab for details on picking up your order.

 

9. Do you deliver orders outside Warsaw?

We do. Deliveries are made in Warsaw and its immediate neighbouring towns and cities.

 

10. Is there a risk that my order will be cold or unfit for consumption after delivery?

No. We deliver orders in suitably sized thermal bags. We also know that it's not just the taste that counts with BOXes, but also the way they are served, so we put a really big emphasis on making sure that after delivery your order tastes and looks as it should.

 

11. What are the BOXes packaged in? What kind of packaging do you use?

The packaging of our BOXes is 4-ply cardboard; it is completely recyclable. The boxes are durable enough to be used again and again.

 

12. Do you tailor your orders for people with allergies or exclusions in their diet?

Sure! We can modify each order as needed. We also carry out individual orders and have the option of composing your own BOX. Call or write to us and together we will create something cool.

 

13. I would like to make a complaint. How can I do it?
