Orders and payments

1. Do the BOX prices shown on the website already include delivery costs?

No. The delivery cost depends on the number of boxes ordered, so it is calculated only during checkout – after you fill in your details.

2. How is delivery charged when ordering several BOXes?

If your order includes several BOXes, you pay for delivery only once; there are no additional costs.

3. How can I place an order?

You can find ordering options in the tab: Placing orders.

4. Can I order BOXes for several different dates?

Yes, but you need to place a separate order for each date.

5. How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We deliver orders on business days and Saturdays, within the hours of 8–18. The order must be placed no later than 24 hours before the selected fulfilment time. Example: an order for Friday at 15:00 must be placed no later than Thursday by 14:59.

6. Why can’t I order “for right now”?

All of our products are prepared for a specific, individual order. We do not stock ready-made products, which guarantees you receive the highest quality and freshness. Preparation takes time, so there is no “order for right now” option. We recommend allowing at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Can I pay for my order on delivery or later?

Due to the need to purchase ingredients, prepare, and deliver the BOXes on time, we require payment in advance, during checkout.

8. What payment methods are available?

Online bank transfer, standard bank transfer, online credit card payment via PayPal, payment via Przelewy24 (we send a payment link).

9. My bank isn’t listed in the payment form—what can I do?

Please contact our office. We will inform you about possible alternative ways to place and pay for your order.

10. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Absolutely. Immediately after you place your order, we will send you an email confirmation along with information that the order fulfilment process has started.

11. I placed an order—can I still change it?

You can make changes (address, delivery method, and fulfilment date) no later than 18:00 on the day before delivery, provided that the selected time slot is still available.

Delivery

12. Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Warsaw and the surrounding towns directly adjacent to it.

13. What hours do you deliver?

We deliver BOXes within the hours of 8–18. Deliveries outside these hours can be arranged by contacting our office directly.

14. On which days do you deliver?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Some days are marked as unavailable. To check availability for a specific day, please contact our office or check the store calendar.

15. Can I pick up my order in person?

Of course. You can find pick-up details in the Delivery tab.

16. Is there a risk that my order won’t be suitable for consumption after delivery?

No. We deliver orders in thermal bags designed for this purpose. We also know that with BOXes it’s not only about taste but also presentation, so we place a strong emphasis on ensuring that after delivery the order tastes and looks exactly as it should :)

17. What does the transport look like?

We deliver using only our own transport to ensure maximum freshness and guarantee proper presentation.

Products and packaging

18. What are BOXes packed in? What kind of packaging is it?

Our BOX packaging is made of 4-layer cardboard; it is fully recyclable. The boxes are durable enough to be reused multiple times.

19. Do you adapt orders for people with allergies or dietary restrictions?

Sure! We can modify each order as needed. Call or write to us, and we’ll create something great together. :)

20. I would like to make a complaint. How can I do this?

You can submit a complaint in writing to the registered office address or by email to: info@galopsmaku.pl – the registered office address and detailed information regarding complaints can be found in the terms and conditions available on our website.
