The purpose ofpersonal data processing is:

1.      To receive commercial information, including marketing information, by electronic or telephone means, at the request of the individual, concerning the products and services offered by the personal data controller;

2.      To conclude and perform concluded contracts for the catering service;

3.      To perform pre-contractual activities for the catering service;

4.      To fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Controller of the personal data;

5.      To fulfil legitimate interests by the Controller of personal data (including, but not limited to, providing a full service, including resolving technical problems and provide                  the appropriate                 functions, contacts, in particular for the purposes of providing services, maintenance, permitted marketing and advertising).

Personal data may be shared with:

1. Entities providing IT and hosting services to the data Controller of thepersonal data;

Personal data will be stored as follows:

2.      Until the statute of limitations become effective for claims arising from and in connection with the relevant catering contract, or
